In 2023 the crime in the Arab society in Israel reached a boiling point, it's the year with the highest murder cases ever. It is clear that the situation is out of the control of the authorities that are supposed to handle it and the control of the government. 

The film tells the story of crime in the Arab society from a unique angle of authentic testimonies of normative people affected by the crime.
